JD Logistics declares that rumors of phones worth over a billion yuan being burned are false
On November 15th, JD Logistics released a statement regarding the fire in Wuxi Logistics Park, which showed that there have been rumors on the internet recently that "phones worth over a billion yuan were burned down". After investigation, it was found that these rumors were all fabricated.

On November 12th at 22:00, Warehouse No. 5 of Phase II of Yupei Logistics Park in Wuxi caught fire. After the firefighters made every effort to extinguish the fire, it was quickly brought under control and extinguished without causing any casualties or spreading to surrounding warehouses. The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
Since the above-mentioned warehouse caught fire, rumors have been circulating online about "phones worth over a billion yuan being burned," "the entire logistics park being unrecognizable," "all the packages in the logistics park being packed with flammable materials, including phone batteries," "temporary workers who use them for 12 hours and secretly smoke," and other issues.
In a statement, JD Logistics denied this and explained that the warehouse where the fire broke out is an inventory warehouse, not a sorting operation warehouse. There are no mobile phones or any express packages stored, and the items stored are low value items such as daily necessities.
At present, the logistics park that caught fire has gradually resumed normal operations. It is reported that JD Logistics Park, as an important warehousing and distribution hub of JD Logistics, is an important support for the smooth development of JD's e-commerce business.

The total management area of JD Logistics' warehousing network exceeds 32 million square meters, including the management area of cloud warehouses on the cloud warehouse ecosystem platform.
On November 15th, the total market value of JD Logistics was HKD 93.84 billion.
